Questions, recommendation of a merit badge counselor, and issues are handled as follows: - Scouts and parents should go to their Scoutmaster, Venturing Advisor or Sea Scout Skipper (i.e., unit leaders) - Unit leaders should go to their District Advancement Chairman (or designee)
