The University of Brighton is a public university based in Brighton on the south coast of England. Its roots can be traced back to 1858 when the Brighton School of Art was opened in the Royal Pavilion. [4] It achieved university status in 1992.
The Brighton campuses are located in the city centre, and to the north of the city in Moulsecoomb and Falmer. We also have a university-run halls of residence based at Varley Park, which is located between Moulsecoomb and Falmer. See below for a map, travel directions and postcodes.
