Many of these memes even referenced child abuse. For this reason, they can be considered very upsetting and offensive.
It had some photographs of the young Brian Peppers, he looked like a happy kid, and the interview with his teacher gave the impression he was well-liked by his classmates. I wish i could find it again, but the news archive was mothballed a couple of years ago and is no longer fully-searchable.
