Kraken is super afk and alright-ish gp/h but needs 87 slayer. Thermy isn't amazing but safespottable and the pet is cool. Requires 93 slayer. So yeah, your best options are Bandos, Zulrah and Barrows while training your Slayer until you unlock Kraken tasks and extend them.
