Branch has one of the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. All I want to do is put my middle initial and Jr. on my account profile. After a chat that took over 30 minutes and a phone call, I have gotten absolutely nowhere!

I recommend ONE. Only had a few instances where payment was delayed, but it auto resolved within an hour or so. Other pros are that you get 3% cash back for any purchases at Walmart. Also allows you to deposit cash into ONE account for free at any Walmart (no minimum amount).
24 paź 2022 · Savers gave it just one star for branch service, and two for customer service. Other big banks HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland also failed to impress in many areas, getting more than their share of average or below-average ratings, although both scored decently for their mobile apps.
