My terrasteel setup for divine journey had 3 droppers pointing into a shaft leading to the plate, then with a vaccum chest (though a hopperhock would work too) to pull the terrasteel out after. (The dispensers were activated directly by a comparator signal from the mana pool powering it)
Use your first terrasteel ingot to make the Alfheim portal, get some pixie dust, and make a recessive spark augment. Put that on the the pool that the flowers are feeding and it will automatically fill the rest.
