Is there any DLC unlocker for epic store's BL3. I tried using DreamAPI/ScreamAPI but BL3 uses a different method than EOSSDK for their DLC i think. Any help would be appreciated .

You don't need a dlc unlocker generally for pirated games. The steam emulator will usually unlock dlc automatically or can be configured to. In some cases you'll need actual dlc files. If the game didn't come with them you can often find them on csrinru.
