Went to a book signing by Adam Ant in Borders, my first year in Glasgow. Queue was massive and snaked round the entire store up to the top floor where Adam sat signing like a trooper. Got talking to a guy while we waited who was the head of the German Antfan website. He had flown over specially and had a sports bag full of stuff he wanted signed.
