Soak City Water Park (formerly Boomerang Bay) offers more than 50 water activities on 15 acres, including 36 water slides, tropical lagoons, rushing rivers, waves you can surf, and three family activity areas.
Kings Island Boomerang Bay underwent a huge transformation into the new Soak City. The expanded water park included a collection of new attractions, including sand valley ball courts, the 650,000 gallon Tidal Wave Bay, and an updated lazy river, Splash River.

Boomerang Bay encompassed all but four slides from the former Water Works. The four new water attraction were called: Tasmanian Typhoon, Coolangatta Racers, Jackeroo Landing and Kookabura Bay.
