21 godz. temu · my laptop HP i7 OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0023dx just made a Windows 11 update 2 days ago...after the update I have problems with battery charging...this is the issue: when battery goes to 15% I plug the charger into my laptop...the red lights turns on,,,after a few seconds it turns green,,, on my laptop it says that it is charging but in fact the % remains the same..it does not go up...
24 kwi 2021 · When first turning on computer it appears battery is actually charging. 16-20 seconds later it looks like no charge occuring yet orange light and little plug on the battery on the screen still showing.
11 maj 2017 · You may do so either by Contacting HP (free of charge if under factory warranty) or by obtaining the universal part number using the HP Parts Surfer and ordering the part on the HP Parts Store. Alternatively, you may use the universal part number to purchase battery at the local retailer as well.
14 cze 2020 · Short Version: An overheated battery / computer / charging-system will not charge the battery – this is normal behavior. Battery seems “stuck” in a particular charge setting . The battery might be OK and just need calibration (balance / set). The steps to check / calibrate / replace the battery are included in this document:
