If you don't know which release to download, you probably will want to download the BL3SaveEditor.exe. Then if that doesn't work, you should try the BL3SaveEditor.zip version of the release. Click Open, then you can select either a profile (profile.sav) or a game save ([NUMBERS].sav).
You can look online for game specific game save mods. For example there's a MGSV save editor.

10 lis 2015 · I do not recommend you to use a save file, since you will lose the whole fun of the game but if you want it, feel free to use it. The save game is %100 completed with all missions, the EXTRA chapters are unlocked but you need to complete them if you want it.
I just put my new BL3 save editor up. Includes a library so you don't have to look everywhere for legendary serials. I also included a few of my modded weapons just for kicks (Decryptoid's Favs section).
