If you don't know which release to download, you probably will want to download the BL3SaveEditor.exe. Then if that doesn't work, you should try the BL3SaveEditor.zip version of the release. Click Open, then you can select either a profile (profile.sav) or a game save ([NUMBERS].sav).

Searching parts/anointments should be a bit smarter now, i.e you can search for "barrel damage" for barrels that do damage.
You can look online for game specific game save mods. For example there's a MGSV save editor.
28 lip 2021 · You need to download your region version of the save then resign with save wizard. Make sure you overwrite your save with mine.

Personally, I'd like to see a save editor made for RPGs like Ni no Kuni II (those goshdarn resources...), Final Fantasy IX, Assassin's Creed Origins (getting money becomes really difficult later on, which is why I stopped playing months ago), and the like. I would purchase and edit the PC versions, but...I don't have a PC.
