15 mar 2023 · There are only 2 different viable farms to get pure Bloodtinge gems: Shotgun Watchers (31,5% max) and Merciless Watcher bosses (32,6% max) (ignoring the Madman farm that gives 25,2% Blood ATK UP gems with a double secondary). Ultimately, I want to do this as detailed as possible, but Reddit or a Wiki is really not the place to do that.

Bosses can be save-scummed to roll for different loot by uploading your save to the PSN or using a USB drive, then restoring if you get bad loot. To get rarity 19 gems from coffins you will have to save-scum as they are RNG based rarity 17-19.
Here's a chart of fantastic chalice codes that lead to bosses/enemies for farming 17-20 rank gems. Almost all of these codes give you an easily-accessible boss route or enemies near the lantern so you can try for a good cursed gem quickly.
