17 sty 2023 · One of the two Hemocraft subclasses presented in Tal’Dorei: Campaign Setting Reborn (affiliate link), the Blood Domain Cleric leans into the spookiness of controlling blood, giving you features which harm and control your enemies.
Blood Domain Spells. Ritual Dagger. When you join this domain at 1st level, you learn how to use Daggers as a spell focus. When you use a magical dagger as a focus, you can add its +1,+2 or +3 bonus to your spell attacks, and when you make melee attacks with a dagger, you can choose that it deals necrotic damage instead of piercing damage.
From 1st level, your divine magics draw the blood from inflicted wounds, worsening the agony of your nearby foes. When you use a spell of 1st level or higher to inflict damage to any creatures that have blood, those creatures suffer additional necrotic damage equal to 2 + the spell’s level.
Blood mastery. At 6th level, your deity's influence has imbued your blood with immense power. Choose one cantrip and three spells from the sorcerer spell list, one from each of the following levels: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. You add them to your list of domain spells.
What has Blood. Certain spells, items, and features require the caster or other creatures to have blood. The DM always has the final say of what creatures do and do not have blood.
You gain domain spells at the cleric levels listen in the Blood Domain Spells table. Bonus Proficiency. When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons. Bloodletting Focus. Starting at 1st level, your divine magic draws the blood from magically inflicted wounds, worsening the agony of your foes.
