As soon as I saw they gave supports bloodsong I started running full ap blitzcrank and other mages that are typically considered utility picks as full ap instead with the insane damage ramp, 12% for melee champs currently. It's insane. I build very similar to you but with bloodsong instead of zazzaks which I consider to be very weak. Mark my words.

Some basic tips he has are: The hook comes from your right arm, not center of the model like most hook champs. Max W second always, it’s way better than E for what Blitzcrank needs to do.
