Okoye is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Christopher Priest and artist Mark Texeira, the character first appeared in Black Panther (vol. 3) #1 (November 1998). 4 kwi 2023 · One of Black Panther 's most memorable characters is getting her own spinoff series, presumably eponymously titled Okoye. The Wakanda war general was introduced in Black Panther comics in 1993, but the character gained wider fame in the 2010s thanks to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
