8 mar 2024 · Certain classes / race get "bite" as an additional bonus attack. How does that work, exactly? Does the character "bite" a target once every round at full bab (with str or dex bonus)? Does it gain bonus damage from str (or dex, with appropriate feats)?
You can get a 9th bite by having a level 11+ witch use Beast's gift Hex on you. You can technically get a 10th bite via Trickster or Gold Dragon, because both allow learning feats without pre-req. That enables a Kitsune to learn the half-orc bite feat. Gold Dragon also gets higher STR thanks to the +8 bonus at MR 10
17 wrz 2016 · Quick glance at the entry for Bronze Dragon (Ancient) shows a Strength modifier of +9, a Dex modifier of +0, a proficiency bonus of +7, and a Bite attack of +16. Conclusion: Bite is Strength based.
