12 paź 2007 · I had the thermostat replaced in my 2.7 before I sold it due to an overheating problem. It didn't fix it, in fact it got worse. Turns out the bleeder valve was cracked and needed replacing.

21 lip 2012 · To access/replace the thermostat, drain the radiator using the butterfly valve on the bottom of the radiator. Then disconnect the upper radiator hose from the thermostat housing. Last take the 2 bolts off holding the housing in place. (See pic) and replace the thermostat.
