Locate your BF1 game folder and locate the .exe file. Right click and select properties, in the compatability tab tick the run as admin box then hit apply. Loate the Origin exe file and do the same. Close and re-open origin then try playing the game.

Now it is stuck in the download section and won't complete because it says the files are in use. The direct message says, " There was a problem while updating your game. One or more files that requires an update may be in use. If the issuepersists please restart your computer and resume the update ."
Attempted to install Battlefield 1 on both my laptop and desktop, both running fresh installations of Windows 10. Received the error message "There's a problem with your download" on both devices. Tested my brother's account on the desktop and successfully downloaded and played Battlefield 1.

Here are a few things you can try: Restart PC. Reset Router to default settings. If you are using a router, try switching to ethernet. Or if you are using WiFi, switch to ethernet. Each time I try to download the game it stucks at "Calculating diskspace" screen and does not allow me to download it. It also says that I own the game but I am unable to locate it in my Origin library so I can not download it from there either.
4 lis 2022 · Set ea app download folder to the one that steam uses, game should show up in the ea app libary. if not, click download, game files should be detected and verified. otherwise: 3 lines on the top left - help - app recovery - clear cache /or restart ea app.
