  7. Here are a few things you can try: Restart PC. Reset Router to default settings. If you are using a router, try switching to ethernet. Or if you are using WiFi, switch to ethernet. Delete game and re-install it. Contact EA support (Highly recommended), they have email and live chat support with an agent.
