you need to pick a format, like ou, uu, ru, nu . You can just take someone elses team from. or similar for whatever format you wanted like ru or nu or whatever.

I've also been trying to find a good trick room team. I found that I started winning a lot more when I put Assault Vest Melmetal on my team. He isn't talked about much in the meta, so maybe there's a reason he isn't great.
