16 cze 2022 · I for one do not consider a tuner that requires a USB port to tune a unit, tuner or otherwise, as a good mix. Now one has to provide a USB port in the field. A 12V source would be much better for it is most often provided for the rig. I like the AT-10’s display. Showing SWR and power out is good to see in a tuner, IMHO.

29 cze 2021 · On Monday, June 14, 2021, I made a simple goal: buy my antenna wire en route to Lake James State Park, build the antenna on site, and complete a valid Parks On The Air (POTA) activation.
This little tuner fits in my go kit and works great. To minimize stress on the tuner, I don't tune with the radio. I connect an antenna analyzer to the tuner and adjust for minimum SWR. Only then I connect it to the radio. This worked very well and had no problem operating at 100 watt.
