27 lip 2023 · Generally most people will suggest Wrye Bash or Oblivion Mod Manager due to a few caveats this game has (thankfully SkyBSA blessed us so we don't need to mess around with timestamps anymore) and a lot of popular mods using BAIN. If you have the capabilities to do so go ahead and use Wrye Bash.

This is a utility for managing plugins, and also for packing them for distribution. It can be used either as an enhanced version of the oblivion launcher's data files selector, or as a more advanced mod manager when mods are specially packed into omod files.
Use the community nexus mod manager, to install the mods, then run wyre bash to sort the conflicts if any, then run Bain. When all that is done use the obse launcher instead as I am sure you did install that to get some mods to work any way.
25 kwi 2017 · Wrye Bash is complicated but I think it is the best. You can easily install/uninstall mods, change install order and load order and create a "bashed" patch so all the mods play nicely together.
10 lut 2018 · For Oblivion, Wrye Bash seems to be the way to go. NMM doesn't handle Oblivion well.
Is there a comprehensive, amateur friendly, step-by-step guide on where to begin, what program(s) to use for loading mods, etc.? The last time I modded Oblivion I was still doing it manually, but I know there are things out there like Mod Organizer.
