You can probabbly do rex and prime, just safespot rex with mage prayer and kill prime when rex is down with something like a crystal bow or other long ranged weapon. your stats are a bit to low to solo tribrid but killing rex/prime will work.
My gear is Guthan’s body/karil’s body switch, verac’s skirt, brimstone boots, regen bracelet, HP cape, slayer helm (I), amulet of glory, and explorer’s ring. I use a whip/ddef/dds for Supreme while in tank gear.
Dagannoth Prime, like the combat triangle suggests, is weak to Ranged attacks. The Zaryte, Armadyl, Dragon hunter, dragon and rune crossbows are effective weapons against him. The toxic blowpipe is also effective, especially on a Slayer task.
