    Dragon Claw is better than Dragonbreath but like Earthquake you only have one TM. Manetric moveset is kind of poor. I personally prefer Thunderbolt over Thunder but it's kind of expensive. Rain Dance can help you if you want to use Thunder (it makes it's accuracy 100% so you won't miss).
