Currently working on 99 rune crafting using the cuppa GOTR bot on runemate also, running 4 hour sessions a day. I've been having some good success with runemate on established / aged accounts. I’d strongly recommend trial and error as your mileage will vary greatly.

I can tell you back when I worked in fast food I lost thousands which equated to months of my paycheck before I perfected my methods and started to get decent cash flow. One thing I can tell you is that it’s a lot more profit to broker gp then it is to farm it through bots.
The guys who bot to max capes or 200mil xp are always doing it on older accounts with like 100+ quest points and tons of legit play. If you have an account like that, you can run the shittiest osbot free script for 5 hours a day and avoid a ban for years.
