I will be listing the required links for either the Play Store (for Android) or Apple store (for iOS devices).
My city is quite large with mostly fully levelled/ plat/ gold levelled as I get the fragments I upgrade. Use as little roads as possible. Use foe tools on mobile and foe helper on web. The FOE Helper is a great app and very helpful, not just for city planning. In general, city space is the most precious good you have.
