Athlet is my personal favorite feat for any str character. It's an half feat so assuming you created your character with 17str you don't even lose on strength progression and the mobility offered is amazing, it's basically an unlimited mini misty step.

To theorycraft a build for full release I suggest using dnd 5e resources and plan for up to level 14 comparing what you gain and lose to multiclassing with an in depth understanding to what currently makes the barbarian op in bg3.
