Reconnect by entering belfiusweb/belfius.be/new in your address bar. Connect the cable to the PC and insert your BelfiusWeb Card into the Belfius Card Reader. Select “Connect with a USB cable”. A message will be displayed on your PC asking you to install the “Belfius Cardreader Connector”.
If you see this message when logging in, it means that Trust1Connector is no longer working properly (usually because of an update on the computer). To solve this problem, you need to install Trust1Connector again.
Enter the PIN code of your BelfiusWeb Card on the Belfius Card Reader and press the “OK” button. A series of numbers appears on the display of the Belfius Card Reader. Enter them in field 4 “Signature Code” on your PC.
The driver software handles the communication between the computer and the card reader. The driver should be installed after a successful installation of the Belfius card reader. If the card reader is NOT in the list of 'Other devices', there may be a problem with the card reader or the USB port.
