We're a nonprofit regional care organization that provides homeless dogs with access to quality shelter, veterinary, behavior, and adoption services at our state-of-the-art campus in Columbus, Ohio.
Looking to adopt a new cat or kitten? There are several shelters in the Columbus area. The Columbus Humane has been sheltering homeless animals, fighting animal cruelty and neglect, and offering programs to address the needs of animals in our community since 1883.
Powell Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer, foster-based dog rescue serving the Columbus, Ohio area. Our volunteers find loving homes for dogs from overpopulated shelters in Ohio and neighboring states.
Saturday - Sunday 12pm - 5pm. ANIMAL SUPPORT CENTER. Appointments are available from 11am-6pm M-F and 9am-4pm Sat-Sun. Same day appointments may be available. The entrance to the Animal Support Center is located at the side of the building. Call (614) 777 - 7387 for an appointment.
