How to obtain your insurance ID card: The Aetna insurance company does not print and mail medical insurance cards. All cards will be electronic and can be obtained in one of three ways: 1) Mobile Device. Go to aetnastudenthealth.com; Select your school name from the drop-down menu and click on view your school.
SJSU requires all students to have the SJSU school-sponsored student health insurance coverage. This waiver is for approved SJSU students who have been provided this link by their SJSU Advisor. All other students should go to www.jcbins.com to buy insurance.

If the textbook is returned after the due date, or is damaged, we use the credit card on file to pay for a replacement book and non-return processing fee, as described in your Rental Agreement. We want you to bring the book back so we don't have to charge you!
