sihnon • 12 yr. ago. It scales the bitrate based on your bandwidth, all people stay in the lowest quality and it then ramps up the quality if it can. I believe the lowest quality setting is somewhere around 480kbps (baseline).
Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/tv. You can watch all the bbc channels live. Check the schedule for F1 to see wich channel to choose. The installed software makes a vpn connection with the uk and it's very fast, HD capable. There are minor ads but with an extention like adBlocker you won't notice it.
Does anyone know of a fast, reliable proxy to stream BBC F1 coverage internationally? I've waded through pages of Google results and signed up to many trials but none are worthy of subscription. I'd like to hear from a redditor who has a good proxy setup worth sharing.

BBC = download the BBC Sounds app, and use a VPN. It'll be on "BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra". There's going to be a big lag between streaming something and what you're watching live in front of you. I'd stick with the on track commentary, at least it will be live.
