I’ve got an ASUS H110M-R/C/SI, Socket 1151 (Bulk) and my case is a DeepCool TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower. From which left one cable: An HD Audio cable. The cable itself comes from the audio jack on the front top of the box and I couldn’t find where to put it in the motherboard.

You don’t need that cable connected to get audio working. The back I/O audio port will work, that connector is for the front 3.5mm audio. If you want to connect it regardless you will need to remove the plate is like 3 screws altogether, also the connector on the motherboard is smaller than the one of the case.
