27 gru 2023 · We’re going to take a look at two Baratza grinders today, the Sette and the Vario. If you’re looking to upgrade your morning brew, or add a new gadget to your coffee setup, a Baratza grinder is a top quality choice. These grinders are large, and offer great flexibility and functionality.
It grinds so much faster, I find it more consistent in espresso range, and the distribution is much better (vario had a tendency to clump, sette does not). Also the sette has a stepless micro adjustment which makes it a bit better for dialing in shots.
