17 kwi 2007 · I'd assume that for probably 8-10k you could build a twin turbo 383 that will put 650 hp or so to the wheels. maby not use the Banks turbo system, but certinly a couple properly sized Garret T04's would do nicely, running custom turbo headders, and an intercooler.
Banks is going to be getting back into the hot rod twin-turbo V8 market again. I can't pitch it to the hot rod press until it's actually on line, but I can tip you to what's happening here today, as well as what's coming in the future.
