Or you had reshade installed for a different game, but genshin detected it. Or you have a custom keybind app for another game and it gets detected. Ahh good ol ban waves.
Some don't care at all, but there is risk that You can (and people were) banned in many games just for modding it on single player or not affecting the multiplayer at all. Some games, like Elden Ring, makes it even harder to even mod the game, because they won't let people have fun.

Starting off, Abusing/Refund payments (Primarily 3rd party purchasing) -This is for accounts that refunded their Genesis Crystals. -Which will result in a Negative Primogem showing up and PAIMON sending you a love letter.
Yea, they won't ban you, and they won't know what overlay you're using. Even if they would ban you for mapping, all they see is an overlay(which is quite common on android. Even their own hoyoverse app enables map overlay for genshin) but they won't know what.
