True Form added in Version 4.5 improves his movement speed, doubles his knockback count and reduces his range + recharge time. In Version 6.0, his True Form gained Multi-Hit and a 10% increase in attack power.

It might be helpful to know that it's possible to beat Crazed Cat with only the Basic Cats, Samba, Valkyrie, and Bahamut. You will need CPU Cat and Sniper Cat, though. Here's the line-up: Macho, Samba, Wall, Dragon, Bahamut, Valkyrie.
