Level 200 is a vast labyrinth of corridors and rooms but with one major peculiarity: the walls, floors, and ceilings are covered with small, sharp needles. The needles vary in size, color, and material, ranging from metal to plastic to bone.
Levels are what makes up The Backrooms altogether. Levels can be diverse in shape, size, and form - certain levels may be outdoors, whereas other levels may be indoors. A level is a spatial anomaly, infinite or finite, which have strange properties differing from other levels.
