Enter the arcade from the revolving door, and then go and find a door in the wall with 2 arrows in facing in both directions, and enter it, Then start going into hallways with arcades, proceed forward until you reach a room with many machines and an elevator. Nearby is a Note telling you that you need to find the code to use the elevator.
