After arriving at the hospital you will need to enter the bb.enablefreebuild cheat code to enter build and buy mod to purchase an ultrasound machine. Follow this tutorial if you do not know how to use cheat code. look up "Ultrasound machine" if you do not see it in build and buy.
28 sie 2024 · If your sim is having multiple babies they will now have the option to have their babies induced in the third trimester, the doctor will tell your sim about early induction during ultrasound 4. And if you do decide to get induced you could call the OB in the third trimester to get the procedure, early induction works the same as regular c-sections

13 lut 2023 · If you want to give birth at home but don’t want a birthing partner to assist you with the delivery, your Sims can give birth unassisted in this Sims 4 childbirth mod update. To give birth without any assistance, place a baby bassinet anywhere on the lot and click it.
When the pregnant Sim is in 2nd or 3rd Trimester they can go and do a Ultrasound Examination (75$) to determite the Number and Gender of the Babies. You can find the Interaction “Ultrasound Scan” via the Phone Travel Menu. Your Sims will be away between 60-90 minutes.
Double check the pregnancy settings in CAS for both your sim and the sim they are trying for a baby with. Make sure one can "Become pregnant" and the other can "Get others pregnant". If you still don't see it that means you could be due to a mod conflict.
