Spring Select Program Criteria (Players & Coaches) The Spring Select program is an amazing opportunity for players and coaches alike to further develop and enhance their skills beyond the Fall Core season. Spring Select teams play against other Select teams in neighboring AYSO Regions.
In AYSO training is structured for each job. It is for beginners and and continues to higher levels. All AYSO Volunteers must complete the following (most are CA mandated): - AYSO Safe Haven Course or refresher. Annually. ETRAINU (ETU) online or in-person course. - CDC concussion course, Bi-annually. Can upload certificate if not taken through ETU

***** WHAT IS THE SPRING SELECT PROGRAM? This program is an AYSO travel team for players in the 10U-19U divisions. These teams play in games and tournaments across Southern California. It is a great way for the players to improve their skills as soccer players in a fun and competitive environment.
Spring Select is a competitive AYSO soccer program where teams from Region 109 play teams from other neighboring regions. The season runs from February through May, and teams participate in both regular league games and occasional weekend-long tournaments.
