3 paź 2016 · What really amazed me was the huge paint savings. The hvlp turbine used almost half as much painted a conventional gun. One thing is it does not atomize the paint as well as a conventional gun, but using a slower reducer, the paint flows out very nice.
Also, it's very large, so painting smaller spaces like closets are a huge pain in the ass at best, if not impossible. The obvious pro is the affordability. They're much cheaper than a legitimate professional quality spray system.
When using hvlp or similar, you really do need to be careful which paints you choose to use. Shellacs and oil finishes and polys are totally fine, but coloured finishes get heavy very fast. Reply reply
