I enjoy this steam mop, it's pretty easy to use, and stuff that you thought was clean has hidden grim. It can be a little clunky to handle and the water tank does empty really quickly so it requires lots of refilling. It also comes with multiple attachments to help clean different areas link (drains, fabric, corners, windows ect.)
