Reservations for campsites can be made anytime (exception: ADA site reservations can be booked only by calling 1 (800) 452-5687) or by registering at the park ranger entry station, when open. Campers may have a maximum of two vehicles parked at a site; extra vehicle is $7 per night. A third vehicle may park in a designated parking area away from the campsite for the nightly extra vehicle fee; additional vehicles will not be allowed in the park overnight. Reservations do not cover the per vehicle day use parking fee.

The Nehalem Bay State Park campground will be closed to install new water lines, electricity, restroom and shower buildings. The closure begins Nov 1, 2024 with a goal to reopen the campground in July 2025. Extra Vehicles: Each campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle.
Nehalem Bay State Park features a large campground with 265 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has electricity, water, a campsite table, fire ring and grill. There are also 18 yurts, 17 equestrian and hiker/biker campsites available.
Reservations are available from 1 day up to 9 months in advance of arrival date. Check on the reservation website to be sure the campsite you select is large enough for your vehicles. None are designated, but some campsites and yurts are accessible along with restrooms, showers, the bike path, and the playground.
