23 wrz 2022 · A renewal application will automatically be mailed by ATF to the "mailing address" on the license approximately 90 days prior to the expiration of the license. If the application is not received 30 days prior to the expiration date, the licensee should contact the FFLC.
In a time frame of 90 days before the expiration of your 03, the ATF will send out your renewal papers. It will arrive in a nondescript envelope addressed from the FFLC (Federal Firearms Licensing Center) with "Renewal enclosed-time sensitive" on the bottom.

A C&R license is a Federal Firearms License issued by the BATFE—specifically known as FFL Type 03 - Collector of Curios and Relics. Essentially, a C&R license allows individuals to purchase C&R-eligible firearms without going through a third party and paying transfer fees or filling out form 4473.
The purpose of this program is to allow an FFL or other user to verify that a Federal Firearms License (FFL) is valid. The user needs only enter the first 3 digits and the last 5 digits of the FFL being verified in the blocks provided and select the SUBMIT button. Selecting the RESET button will clear previously entered data.
