I have complained PayU against a fraud and scam website "theshoeskart", it's been more than 15 days but PayU didn't even replied. PayU promotes fraud merchants like "theshoeskart" who accept payment through PayU and never sends the products.
Poor customer support services, previously they responded within 2 hours via email. I opened a ticket on March 18 (IY4088519498), even after a month, no response from them.
