From June 18-23, Girls Academy teams will head out to Norco, CA for the Summer Playoffs & Showcase event. All U15, U16, and U17 GA teams and playoff-qualified U13, U14, and U19 teams will be in attendance at the Silverlakes Sports Complex. The Georgia Power Softball Club was founded in the fall of 2009 by Coach Ernie Yarbrough, and played their first season in the spring of 2010. The “GAP” fielded five teams in the inaugural season.
The eight best teams from the U14, U15, U16, and U17 age groups will head to Richmond on July 10-13 for the last event of the 2024-25 season – the GA Finals. This year, the event will begin on Thursday with quarterfinals in each age group.
