I think that chords pack should remain free! That's why I started to build this and anyone can contribute to this pack on the Github project page. Currently there are more than 7000 MIDI files and for each key, 94 chord progressions.

Buying the midi-packs is very helpful for one thing: ANALYZING THEM. You will be able to see what the tones are and you can drag them around to see what changes. A good source is (but not limited to) https://www.adsrsounds.com/ and filter on MIDI and search for lofi.
