TAP Curriculum. The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) curriculum is an outcome-based modular curriculum designed to prepare transitioning Service member’s for civilian life.
TAP uses Transition Online Learning (TOL), located at https://www.tapevents.mil/courses, for its self-paced online courses. TOL can be accessed at any time by transitioning Service members, veterans, family members, caregivers, and interested members of the public.
This course emphasizes the importance of preparing for transition from military service into the civilian sector, and provides an overview of the Transition Assistance Program.
