Klipsch is usually decent quality so it's probably worth a repair. I'll echo what others have said in that you should look at the power supply, especially if there is a different power rail for the amplifier vs the logic section/board.

The electronics in these sound bars look to be pretty reliable, but the Cinema 600 and Bar48 appear to use the same piece of crap ETOP power supply that is super prone to failure. I suggesdt you check out the klipsch community forums for the Bar48 repair, and explore that route.
I've been screwing around with Klipsch and tube amps for a long while, and I'll give you my two cents, for what it's worth: Fix the passive radiators first. Just put some painter's tape over the holes in the dustcaps.
